Thompson. Thanks for dropping in and spending some time.
Both this website and my associated blog are loosely structured around the American Society for Quality Six Sigma Body of
Knowledge (pdf file). This provides me with a framework to
hang articles, files, and ideas from, including management system
information, for example ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc. You'll find these
and more in the resources section.

the files I've listed, click here. I would also recommend that you get hold of at
least a demo copy of Minitab which will enable you to undertake some powerful
statistical analysis.
